"Approximately 800 million years ago an artificial Grid system was placed around this universe that created 12 x parallel realities. This meant that there were 11 x holographic copies of the original Divinely Created universe running parallel to the original. This meant there were 12 x Fiona's, 12 x John's etc with different 'realities' and future potentials. This created much chaos, pain and havoc into the energetic field of this universe and Gaia. This artificial Grid system was responsible for creating Divided mind. This kind of mind is what we call the conscious mind which is located in the visual cortex of our physical brains. This kind of mind was deliberately divided and polarised based on a Grid program. For example, with this kind of mind you have the Law of Polarity (see my other articles on this Law). When you say 'no' there is an automatic equal and opposite 'yes' that is also activated in this kind of mind. The more you try and 'stop smoking' the more you create an equal and opposite tension point which is 'to want to smoke'. This kind of mind has created all the confusion, miscommunication and distorted lenses of people. A person's lens is thier perception of life via their physical eyes (what they see), their ears (what the hear), their touch and their smell and taste. A person's lens connected to thier visual cortex is totally dictated by their beliefs, their emotions, their values and the 'programs' of society, religion and all other influences. This kind of mind is not whole - or wholistic mind. Wholistic mind is the unconscious mind - or Soul. It is Divine and whole and is not polarised. If we removed the conscious mind from all people on Earth right now they would all see Truth - Divine Truth would be self-evident and balance would be restored very quickly. It is the conscious mind which can be mind-programmed via various mind-control techniques, but the unconscious mind can never ever be artificially programmed because it is whole and is in flow with Divine Spirit. ”
“We are an individual aspect of All There Is and the Creator God, but we are not God. We are an individual eternal Soul and part of the One........the One Spirit but we are not The One Spirit. The One Spirit is Divine source intelligence connected with the Universal Creator. There are different Creator Beings and two of those that have been known to Earth are 'God' and 'The Goddess'. There is also a Supreme Creator of this Omniverse and Divine Source energy which is All There Is.”

"The ‘ego’ is the physical body in this Dimension, it is also the rational/intellect aspect of mind - or the ‘lower mind’. We need this aspect of mind to help us in the physical world. We need the ‘reasoning’ aspect of mind at all levels of creation, but in this Dimension the ‘intellect’ is used without the wisdom from the heart. We must not attempt to ‘kill’ the ego. The ego must surrender its decision making to the Higher Self. We can never kill our ego………to kill our ego would be to kill our physical body and self……….To be ‘ego-less’ is also a misnomer. Why would you want to be ‘All One’ without your personality and your traits and physical self? We are all One Spirit – as it flows throughout us all……….so we came here to experience a life as ‘Fiona’ or ‘John’ etc. There is no point trying to ‘kill off’ Fiona in order to ‘Ascend’. All we can do is to transform all of the ego’s limitations of mind and tap into our own Higher Self for answers and inspiration. There is no race…….we will all ‘wake up’ to certain levels depending on what our journey is. Our ‘mission’ here on Earth will depend on what Soul contracts we made before we incarnated and what our Higher Self wants for us. Ascension really is the ability to transcend fear, limitation and pain - the ability to feel Divine Love which is unconditional love."
“Divine Will – is the Will of The Goddess and God, in this universe. God is responsible for the planet Earth and its evolution right now, so all our Soul contracts are in alignment with ‘God’s Plan’ and the ‘greater plan for Earth’ and part of our own learning or reason for being. Some Souls are here to learn, whilst other Souls are here to teach, hold the Light or help ascend the Planet as a Light Worker. Then there is the concept of Free Will. We all have Free Will, it is the Divine Right that The Goddess gave each of us. However, sometimes our individual Will is in alignment with the Divine Will of God and what contracts we came to complete here and serves the greater whole, rather than the individual.”
“We either choose to incarnate, or God, or some other Ascended Being asks us to incarnate in a certain life to do ‘work’ that can contribute to the whole. We do not have to be here…….it is ultimately our choice. Once we are here our will is combined with Divine Will – the Will of God and the team of Lightworkers who are our ultimate guides ‘behind’ the scenes on Earth right now.
Ascension
“Ascension also means the ability to ‘ascend’ our conscious awareness to the higher Dimensional Realms.
In this Universe there are 12 Dimensional realms with 12 tones (levels of vibration) within each Dimension. Most of us all have an aspect – our eternal aspect of Self which is our Soul – already in the Higher Dimensions where we live with our Soul Family and the aspect of us right now in our physical body is an aspect we sent into this form to experience life in the 3rd Dimension. Only rarely do individuals bring all of their Soul Self into their current physical body. The majority of people's Soul's remain out of their physical body, but in contact with it. All Souls are connected to their 3rd Dimensional physical body via an etheric cord. An individual's Higher Self is the aspect of them that guides them throughout their life. Their Higher Self is their own Spiritual Intuition."
"The Soul needs to remain outside the physical body so it can disconnect from the 3rd Dimension and 'sleep' and rest. The physical body never sleeps. The cells run 24/7. It is our Soul/Spirit essence that needs sleep. When we yawn it is our own spiritual essence trying to get into the physical body again to stay awake in physical, grounded consciousness."
"To ascend also means to be able to vibrate up – hold more Divine Light/Love. Divine Love is the highest vibration we can feel whilst in physical form. Divine Love and Christ consciousness starts at the 5th-6th Dimension of vibration. Right now on Earth we can experience 5-6th Dimensional consciousness whilst in physical form – but most people are not close to that, only a few. There are also Beings able to vibrate and access even higher Dimensional Realms whilst in physical form.”
“In order to ascend to the Higher Dimensional realms, beyond the 5-6th Dimension you need your full Light Body in order – this includes the full emotional body, which is under-developed in the majority of people incarnate on Earth. It means that you have the full Merkaba – or 12-Chakra Light Body working. That is why transforming emotional ‘charge’ is vital in terms of ascending. You cannot ‘ascend’ your consciousness if you do not transform the emotional charges. In other words, if you meditate and try to ‘stop your thoughts’ this will make little or no difference to being able to ascend. Those who are already of High Consciousness will be able to, but those at lower levels will need to transform their emotional bodies. I explain this in detail in both my books. There is a tremendous chapter on emotional intelligence in both.”
Emotions
“We have the full scale of emotions in this dimension with shame and grief at the lowest level of vibration, slowly moving upwards in vibration, via guilt, pride, self pity etc to feelings of positivism, expectation, optimism, joy and inspiration right up to Divine Love and Gratitude which are the highest vibration.
*Once we heal lower vibrations from the ego’s pain we can reach Divine Love. At this level we feel Divine Love and bliss. We can however, at this level, also feel grief or sadness and this is usually a deep grief or sadness which is the Soul. This is when one experiences Soul grief or the need to return Home to the higher realms or the need to change direction in some way. If we feel Soul grief there is nothing much we can do………….we have to ride it out or seek help from the Higher Realms and our Guides. We all have personal guides – whether they are angels or other friends who join us to help us on our journey. None of us are alone, we just think we are. No matter how evolved we are in this form we will always feel emotions…………but we learn how to transform them to Love. The Soul feels and records all experience. All aspects of our consciousness need to be healed and integrated to get back to Spiritual Wholeness. This includes healing and gathering all the aspects of self still stuck in the Astral plane after a physical death from other lifehoods. It takes time and tremendous effort to integrate all aspects of Self back to Coherency."
"Divine Love is a non-polarised energy – it is fully coherent, not dualised and therefore very powerful. Divine Love is not conditional love, it is unconditional. It is a State where we have love for all people (good or bad, intelligent or ignorant) regardless of their colour or background."
Communication
"Communication in the physical world we live in is verbal. We use words and sentences in a linear fashion to describe how we feel and to communicate with other people. This creates tremendous problems because people most of the time say one thing, mean another and do not speak their emotional truth. The other reason is that people only ‘hear’, ‘see’ and ‘feel’ consciously what their own perceptions allow them to. People’s perceptions are ruled by their own unconscious beliefs and what the ego is ready to ‘hear’, ‘see’ or feel. Often people mean one thing but say another. One person says one thing and the person receiving it interprets it entirely differently – so communication gets confused because it is conscious (What we think we hear or see), subconscious and unconscious. As a result the majority of the world’s problems are created as a result of mis-communication, mis-interpretation or lying and deceipt. It is easy to lie in this realm and put a straight face on and hope that the other person will not realise you are lying. But as more and more people become tuned in with spiritual intuition they know in their heart when someone or some country’s leader is not telling the truth. Lying is very much an accepted part of society. From ‘white lies’ to major lies and the continual lying of politicians – people just accept it.”
”In the higher vibrational realms and existence lying is fully transparent. You are able to feel what the other person feels, and know what he thinks automatically – nothing is hidden – all is revealed and transparent. Therefore in the more highly evolved societies in the Higher Dimensional realms there is less problems and more love because people are honest. Honesty is a novel concept for most people. This includes being totally honest with our selves. To be in one’s Truth is challenging for most people. People are scared of their own truth, their deeper feelings and how powerful they really are.”
“Communication in the higher levels of consciousness is telepathic and via clairgonizance, clairaudience, clairvoyance and clairsentience. Sometimes the communication is received in linear form, of words, whist it can also be instant ‘knowingness’. When we feel at this level another person can feel us and there is no need to express how we feel in words, as the other person already know how we feel. This is true intimacy.”
Intimacy
“True intimacy is also when one person is able to fully open their heart chakra and receive the person that they are with – either a platonic friend or lover. Intimacy is a ‘sharing’ (energetic) of love between two people, or a group of people. The only way we can be and feel intimacy with others is if we can be intimate with our Self. We must have an open heart to do that. Most people have layers and layers of emotional pain (from this life and others) around their physical and energetic heart which prevents them from accessing Divine Love and feeling intimacy with them Self and others. These layers of pain are there to automatically protect us from more pain, or the fear of loss etc. So we move to protect. The more you love, the more you fear the loss of the love. That is how the ego views life. But we never ever lose anyone we are all eternal spiritual Beings having a physical experience. Besides – we never ever ‘own’ anyone either. As lovers true intimacy is experienced when one person totally receives the other person. It is when two souls open their hearts and come together. Otherwise it is two ego’s and their closed heart chakras coming together and this will mean a shallow relationship. Soul to Soul relationship is deep………..endless, timeless.
I you have a commitment to being in your own Truth (emotionally transparent and honest) then you have true intimacy. Intimacy = Truth. If we lie about how we feel to our partner or lover then they will know in their heart we are lying. There is not point playing games, it only leads to heart ache and conflict.
Love and the concept of ‘ownership’ is the ego’s kind of love, not the Souls love. The Soul is able to love unconditionally and freedom is part of that. Some people may think that sexual intercourse is intimacy. But sexual intercourse is sexual intercourse. Intimacy can be expressed in many forms, from holding hands, to truly listening to a friend share their story with you. The world and people are crying out for intimate relationships. They are bored with ego-to-ego relationships. Souls are crying out for loving, honesty and intimacy. To be ‘Soulful’ is also to be ‘intimate’. And there can be intimacy in our lives in all different forms, not just with a lover. How often do we truly stop to feel other people and then let them in to feel us…………to be emotionally transparent? Are you brave enough to be vulnerable? Vulnerability is True Power. ”
Love is not exclusive. Why punish our partner if our partner chooses to show and experience love for another person?
Trust. When we Trust our partner or person I our live we can have respect for them. When we respect someone we can honestly love them. Without respect there is no desire to love the person. Love can flow freely when there is respect. Respect is also related to feeling safe. When we feel safe with a person we are able to open our heart to them. Once we open our heart we can allow our love to flow freely. Our heart will feel pain and discomfort when we do not express our love and allow it to flow to others.
Truth = Intimacy = Freedom = Power = Peacefulness
Trust = Respect = Love
Manifestation
"I explain in detail in my articles the true principle of the Law of Abundance and how it works at this level and what it is. Putting your order into the universe is an interesting concept. We will receive what our Higher Self wants us to receive and what we agreed before we incarnated. We will receive what we know in our hearts is what means something to us and what we are prepared to take action towards creating in this realm. The universe is not a smorgasbord of ‘everything for everyone’ in this 3rd Dimensional realm. Because we are all here to live certain lives and experience certain events and take specific action according to our Soul’s contracts. We can connect with our own Truth when we listen to our heart. If we listen to our mind we will get confused.”
"There are two types of manifestors in this realm on Earth right now. There are those who manifest by using the strong power of their mental energy. They use focus, thought and intense mental energy to mould, manipulate and try to bring into to being what they want. These type of manifestors I call the ‘outside-in’ manifestors and they have a strongly developed mental body. This is an external type of creation, as mental energy is ‘outward’ in nature. Then there are the ‘inside-out’ creators. These people have a strongly developed emotional and spiritual body (by ‘body’ – I mean energetic body) and they feel their way through life, rather than ‘think’ their way through life. They feel desire and inspiration in their heart and the follow their joy. They do what their heart is pushing or inspiring them to do. They follow spirit and allow spirit to flow. They understand the synchronistic nature of the universe. The inside-out manifestors are good at tuning into spirit rather than trying to manipulate matter.
For example, when I was windsurfing I did not have to constantly go over my ‘vision’ and say it over again and declare it to the universe. It was already a ‘given’. It was what I was here to do; therefore it is simply up to me to follow that inspiration and desire each day. I never wrote down goals or anything. I have never been a goal-setter………goals are for people who need to get clarity in what they want to achieve. I may have had intentions but I did not have to write them down to achieve them. How we create our reality and follow our dreams will depend on what Stellar make up we have. This is the nature of our Soul Star Seed and will depend on which planet we originally came from or which Dimensional realm we reside in most of the time as our True eternal Self. Each Planet has their own type of energy make up. Some are more ‘mental’ (outward) energy and others have a more ‘emotional’ energy. Etc”
“In this Universe we have both electrical (outward) energy and magnetic (inward) energy. But in the higher Dimensions there is only Magnetic energy and the experience and mathematics of the Universe are different. There are also slight variations on Universal Laws in the Higher Dimensions.”
All is an illusion – therefore this reality is not real? …………Yes and NO.
The 3rd Dimension and all Dimensions are holograms of Light appearing in form. Everything is a Hologram of Light – at all levels of creation. It is simply a different vibration. When we experience living in this physical body we feel everything. We are thinking and feeling beings. What we experience is real. But when we get confused is to say that all is an ‘illusion’. What this means is that what we see with our physical eyes and touch with our physical hands is actually an illusion that is created by the holographic function of our Brain (physical and etheric brain), in conjunction with All There Is – the Universe.
For example, if I tune into this reality with a higher vibrational perspective (higher Sight) I see everything as colours, fractals and energy. A person’s body disappears and becomes colour, shapes and vibrating energy. They can also disappear. It means that the ‘illusion’ we experience with our 5 sense physical body is what it is at this level, but it is an illusion of the 5 senses. Everything is energy and it will depend on our current awareness as to how we see, and feel and hear energy. But to say that this reality is not ‘real’ is inaccurate. It is real, just like the vibrations of energy that we are. We incarnated here to have a real experience. So to deny our experience is simply ludicrous. Why would we incarnate here only to deny our experience?
Some people use the excuse ‘well, its all just an illusion’ as a spiritual catch cry……..to say – who cares???? Or whatever their motivator is for saying it. Yes, it is an illusion of the 5 senses but that is ok, because at the highest level – all is an illusion – a different perception and experience of what is, or what is not……….Our consciousness moulds our reality. So this reality may be referred as the ‘Maya’ Illusion, but it is a very real and valid experience, otherwise we would not have incarnated into our current body on this beautiful planet.
But whilst in this 3rd Dimensional Matrix we can only do so much as conscious co-creators, we cannot create instantly, we can only do that in our inner awareness – or inner sight.
As a feeling and thinking Being – all is real. All experience is real for each of us. Therefore it is all valid."
