Taking our Power back - the ability to dream; time for stillness

Dear Friends,

It is October and this is my September message! I apologise for it being two to three weeks late but there has been much change going on (globally, within me and the collective unconscious) and this change meant I was not totally clear on what I wanted to share in this newsletter until now.

This newsletter message is about the following:

- Taking our Power back

- The need to be Still and STOP – Stop doing, doing, doing and feel……..

- It is time to be the Master, not the Slave.

The Earth Story, ‘The Game’, Lucifer is Home (what this means) and some other articles.

The Angel known as ‘Lucifer’ is Home (this means that Lucifer who ‘fell’ from grace to play the game of ‘Dark’ has returned to the Light). He never ‘fell’ he was chosen by God to play that role. The details will be in my article. Lucifer returned back to the Light/Love in May 2006. This is good news, but it does not mean that ‘we will all be saved and return the Earth Game to the Light and Love automatically’. It is time for each of us, as conscious co-creators, to take responsibility. This means that we must become mindful of every thought, word and action we take. Every choice we make, we must become aware that we set in course future potentials and create our reality. Every thought, word and action also contributes to the Whole.

(All we can do is become mindful. If a thought floats into our awareness and it is not conducive towards creating the future we want, or loving in nature, then let go of it. Do not add power to it. All thoughts we ever have reflect our own State. Any feeling of anger, jealousy, manipulation or judgment reflects our own state. What we feel for others is a reflection of Self. What we think of others is a reflection of Self. What we judge in others is a reflection of Self………..etc……….)

Anyway, over the past few weeks many people are feeling a desperate need for Stillness right now.

“I am over it!” That is all I have heard recently and this exact statement reflects the acknowledgment within that we are in fact ‘over it’ – the ridiculous game we have created for our self. The game of materialism and work, work, work. Do, Do, Do. We have created our own ‘treadmill’. A bit like mice, running on a merry go round not knowing that We are the ones who created the merry go round.

So we are being nudged by Soul to stop and say ‘hey, is there another way of living and Being?’

Many people are waking up fast, whether they are conscious of it or not, and our Souls are calling us to take stock, stop, re-assess, take time to reflect and be still.

It is stillness that we need now, more than ever, to connect with our own divine Truth. We cannot connect with our Truth when we are constantly caught up in the game of ‘doing’.

In stillness we connect with Who we Are. We are being tapped on the shoulder, and pulled in our hearts, by our True Self to remember who we are. We are not human ‘doings’ but Human Beings. Spiritual Beings playing the game of the human physical drama………what dramas have we created for ourselves?

Yes – there is no doubt that every second person in the past few weeks has been feeling a deep need to stop. As we are being vibrated up many of us are connecting with our eternal Soul Self and are feeling a desperate need to simply slow down, sleep deeply or rest.

“I am over it!” is a message that I have been hearing over and over again from other people, including my own inner voice.

In the higher realms we manifest instantly and enjoy simple stillness – Being with our Self because we are Divine Love at this level of Being is blissful. In the 3D realm (the physical realm) we are largely a product of our five physical senses and the roller coaster of our own emotions. The external world ‘out there’ distracts us from being with our Self.

As we walk down the street most teenagers seem to be listening to their Ipods, and most people are either talking on their cell phones or texting a friend. How many people are sitting peacefully in a coffee shop observing the world and enjoying the ‘now’ moment?

The epidemic of drug use (whether legal, illegal, prescribed or otherwise) and alcohol is only a reflection of the ego’s need to avoid being with Self. This means avoiding feeling, avoiding Being who we are. Most people are terrified of feeling so they take anti-depressants to stop feeling……..We can no longer ignore who we are and this means we must feel who we are and take action and heal our own ‘stuff’ (pain, anger, resentment, prejudices, jealousy etc. All judgment is Self-judgment. God does not judge, we judge our Self.)

How often do we stop and simply Be with our Self?

This is the calling now – our Soul is desperately calling us to STOP – stop constantly doing, reflect and be still – wake up!

If we ignore this message we will feel anger, resentment, frustration, restlessness and other painful emotions because what we are all being called to do is to hear the whispers from our Soul.

Many people are also feeling a desperate need to rest. Whilst other people are becoming increasingly disinterested in ‘ego’ distractions and mindless pursuits.

The Game is changing as many of us will no longer be able to ignore the pull from Soul to wake up to the illusion that we have all (as participants in this Game called Earth 2007) participated in.

Do we continue on the old way of creating and constant doing? (The ego/rational way)

Or

Do we start to realise that we create our reality and we therefore can choose to become a conscious co-creator with the Universe?

People have created a constant treadmill for themselves. People rush here and there, busy themselves with activities to make sure that their lives are full, their children are ‘getting everything’, and not only that, they are working long hours to keep up with the life they think they should be living……..and the game is getting harder for many because they are feeling the pinch financially. It is becoming harder and harder to ‘make ends meet financially’ etc. People deep down are craving simplicity.

Do – Do – Do that is the game that the ego-mind has created. Constant Doing, and our Soul Self is crying out to slow down and simply Be.

However, how many people are happy and content to simply Be with them Self – their own thoughts and feelings? (At our highest level of Being we are not our thoughts. But the ego is made up of ‘programs/ thoughts/beliefs’ and therefore we think we are the thought programs that seem to ‘run us’.)

Most people have become slaves to their own ego-mind which constantly seeks distractions to avoid feeling and being with Self.

It is time for all of us to become the Director of our own Play (Life), rather than a only a character in the Play. Most people have been told that they are helpless, powerless and the ‘game’ has lead them to believe that they are.

We have forgotten that We (at Soul level) decided to incarnate into the physical body we are in and forget who we are. We chose to play this drama we call life, we chose our parents, our family, our vocation, the pain we experience, the loss we experience. We Directed the Play then forgot who we were, jumped in to the Play and are now sleep walking around in our own Play.

We are the ‘chess piece’ on the Chess board and we have forgotten that we are also the person moving the chess piece around the chess board……..

The chess piece, caught up in the illusion of separation, thinks that he/she must control all the other chess pieces on the Game board, however these Chess pieces are also only there to teach us about our Self………now it is time for the chess piece to wake up…….

This Game on Earth right now has been largely controlled by those playing the ‘Dark Game’ which is to keep us in the illusion of separation and fear.

Now it is time to wake up and realise that, not only are we the Director of our Game/Play, we are also the Creator. One of other co-creators who all incarnated to play this game on Earth.

Our Soul Self is waking up the character in the game (the ego) and tapping it on the shoulder saying “Hey, you are the Director and Actor of your Play, you are not a pawn in this Play/Game on Earth, you have the power – you have created this game……..do you want to continue to be a slave of your own Game (a slave to your own mind)………or are you now ready to wake up………..”

What we think, how we do things, what we believe are not the ‘only ways’. They are all reflections of our own experience and programmed beliefs. The majority of the human population are slaves to the lower mind of fear and separation. Many of us now are being woken up and are realising that we are not a human ‘doing’ in physical reality, but an eternal Soul having a ‘human physical experience’. Once we connect with our True/Authentic Self we start to see how glaringly obvious the ‘game’ has become. The game of economic rationalism, the game of fear, the game of constant doing to keep up………the illusion of the terrorist threat (there must always be a ‘threat’ to keep you in fear’……..who knows….will those in the Dark team introduce a threat of ‘Alien Invasion’ soon???? They may have to up the ante as we all start to see through their game of fear mongering…..Do we buy into their Game or wake up?)

Yes – each of us chose to incarnate into this physical realm, forget who we are, and play the game.

What is our role in the game?

Are we going to listen to our own spiritual intuition or the voices of other people, the media, society, religion? Whose voice/belief are we going to latch on to?

It is time for all of us to stand in our true spiritual power of Divine Love and take responsibility for our thoughts, words, actions and future vision.

We are no longer ‘babes in the wood’. We can no longer plead ignorance. (The information based on Truth that is available now is unprecedented in our recent history.)

What vision do you want to create for your own life and Earth?

Doom and gloom? (There are those who want doom and gloom, and will lead you to believe that that is the only way. There are the ‘doomsday sayers’ who also want you to believe that the future is on a set course…There are those who say that the only way humans can learn is via pain and destruction..)

But who says?

There are many potential futures depending on what we think, vision, imagine and act on.

(Now – it is the ego which ‘believes’, and it is our Soul who Knows. The mind ‘believes’, the heart ‘knows’. Our Soul knows that any future can be created, it simply depends on what we choose. But who is brave enough to choose? Who has the courage to stand in One’s true Power? The power to Choose.)

Are you brave enough to create a new vision for your life and the Earth story? Or attempt to? Or will you remain locked into what you can see now? Or what has happened in the past? Or what people tell you?

You have the power to choose. We all do.

We are all being strongly reminded that we are the creators of this Game. We all chose to come in and play either as part of ‘those who are part of the Lightworkers Team’ or those who decided to play the ‘anti-christ’ and ‘Dark team’ who seek to destroy, separate and control. Which team are you on?

Will you remain apathetic and choose to ignore what your heart is telling you, or will you take any action you are drawn to take in your life about what your next step is…….will you honour your Soul’s pull, or what the status quo is telling you?

If we let our imagination go free it is amazing what we can start to vision for our own future………A future that is based on love, sharing, unity, caring and embraces the whole – animal, plant kingdom and the Earth her Self? What future do you want to create for You?

The rational mind is only capable of seeing what is outside of itself – i.e. what is currently happening right ‘now’. It then compares what is happening now to what has happened in the past. The rational mind is not really capable of Dreaming and coming up with potential futures based on the Optimum Potential Future because it only uses ‘perceived facts’ as its basis and rationale in which to base its own conclusions on. So we must let go of what we think is possible or not possible and feel in our heart our own Truth…..Dare to dream the ultimate future for your Self and planet Gaia (earth).

Each of us has the divine ability to Dream. We all have Free Will, even though the masses believe that they do not. The ‘Dark Team’ have been very clever over a very long time to make us believe that we are not able to choose. That the choice is not our own. The majority of people are slaves to guilt, shame, blame, pain, prejudice, jealousy, rage, hate etc………Only when we take stock can we acknowledge where we have become a slave in our own life. Are we a slave to obligation? Who are we Loyal to? Our boss, our wife, our children, societies ‘norm’, religion? Where does our Loyalty lie?

Or will we now choose to be loyal to our Self – and follow the guidance of our one Heart. Our Soul communicates to us via our own Heart.

It is time to heal the layers of pain around our heart and connect with our own divine wisdom.

The scariest thing that any human will ever do is to truly feel………..to be able to feel deeply is the key to finding your own Truth.

What future potential will you create for your life and earth? It is up to each of us to create our own future, and also as part of the collective future.

Because realities merge and bend and there are always different potential futures. For example what one person may create for themselves to experience will be different to others.

What future Earth Story will you choose to create for you?

Will you choose an Earth Game which is destroyed by nuclear war?

Or will you choose an Earth Game (Story/Dream) where the players/actors in the game wake up and ‘call the game’ (the Dark for what it is) and take their own divine loving power back and create the change?

Yes – this is a big statement to make – but You are the Creator of Your Reality.

Now, as a metaphysician and seeker of Truth, you can stand in your power, but will you choose to accept it and embrace it? Or will you relinquish your power and believe that you have no power to create your own game.

The choice is yours, and the choice is mine.

The Divine Creator gave each of us Free Will, therefore each of us always has the power to choose what we think and do. It means we can, consciously or unconsciously, choose our reality. Most people are unconscious creators. But when we ‘wake up’ we become conscious co-creators.

(We all chose to incarnate and play the game as ‘Fiona’ or ‘John’ etc. We all choose our parents, our family, our major story lows and highs. We are the Directors or our own Play (life). When we wake up we realise that we are the Director, not a victim of some vengeful God/Goddess or Dark force. That is when we can no longer blame any other Being (Seen or unseen) or force (Dark or Light) for any pain or misery we experience. We are responsible and chose to play this game before we incarnated………Many people do not want to know about this - they are still waiting to be ‘saved’. The entire concept of Salvation has been inter-woven into our psyche, very masterfully; over thousands of years………it is an illusion. We are the Directors of our own Life. Do not wait to be saved by an entire team of Lightworkers, decide to Be the change you want to see in the World – this is what Gandhi said to us all………Be the change you want in your own life.)

As co-creators with the Universe we all have this ability to ‘create our future’. What you create for you will contribute to the whole. There are 12 parallel Universes and ‘earth stories’ with 12 potential futures in this Universe.

As metaphysicians and true spiritual seekers one of the first steps along the way is to realise that ‘consciousness creates reality’. How we see, view, understand and what we believe about our reality is what we create. Quantum science has known this since the 1920’s and the mystics, sages, teachers since the dawn of humanity have sought to teach this.

It is vital that we all start to create a vision of the future that is the most optimal, loving future that we can vision.

Do not be concerned about ‘the how’ or the ‘solution to any problems’, simply start to create in your own vision of what you really want to see happen on the planet and what you want to create for your own life. Stop trying to solve problems. Visualise the ideal outcome and hold it. The solutions will then present themselves.

So often we get frustrated in life because we think we have to come up with the solution. It is not our job to come up with the most ideal/quickest solution. It is the Universe/God Force/Creative Force that provides/creates/moulds/brings to us the solutions that we seek. But the solutions will only come when we have the vision of what we choose to create. The solutions then come, based on our new Dream, in many different forms: ideas, images, the right people or connections, inspiration, creativity into our own awareness……via synchronicities (What many may call ‘luck’, but there is no such thing as Luck)

We are the Dreamers – not the problem solvers. A problem is only a perception of reality. What we are now being called to do from our own Soul Self is to realise that we create the Dream. If we do not like the Dream/Life we are living then it is up to us to use our own Divine Power of Creativity and ability to Vision to create a new Dream. We must stop trying to fix the old dream.

Our focus and intention must be on our ultimate Dream, not on fixing problems.

When we start to dream a vision of our future, to create a project or new business etc it is the vision that we place out there into the Universe. Then, as a co-creator, we receive the intuition, messages, ideas, contacts, and epiphanies on how to take the next step of bringing that Dream/Creation/Vision into physical reality.

As co-creators we do not have to know ‘how’ it will be created or happen. The ‘How to’ is not up to us. The Universe works in a way that will ‘show us the way’ as long as we hold the vision.

Our only responsibility is to hold the vision and take the action steps that we are guided/intuited to take. We do not need to ‘work it all out’. Our Souls are calling us to take responsibility for the Dream again. The Earth Dream, the Dreamtime…….the Game we want to create. It is our choice.

Are we living out unconscious distorted dreams?

Perhaps – as an individual and collective humanity we are still repeating the same mistakes and games based on ‘old programs’ that have been going on for a long time. ‘The Dark Team’ seeks to destroy whilst the Light Team seeks love, Light and unity. Who wins?

We are all Creators – what do we choose to create now is critical in casting a new Dream for the planet.

Do we, as awake spiritual Beings (who are all at different stages of ‘waking up’) decide to take responsibility for the Earth Dream and what we are to create? Or do we sit back and allow others to do it for us? We all have this ability…….it costs us nothing to hold our own Dream and contribute to creating an Earth Story that evolves, rather than self destructs.

There is a calling for all of us to remember that we have the ability to Dream. We are the Dreamers of our reality – we create it. We need to all start taking back our power and ability to vision again.

What vision do you hold for your own life and that of the future of humanity?

We are all Dream Creators and the third dimension is a dream reality that ‘feels real’ but is only the product of Dark and Light dreams woven together.

The majority of Humans have forgotten who they truly are. As eternal divine Spiritual Beings we are the Dream weavers – we are creating our future with each breath, thought, intention, vision, decision and action.

Who is running our future? Have we surrendered our power to some other person, government, being, corporation, teacher etc?

It is time for all of us to take our power back. We are the Dream creators. Which dream will take hold of the future of the planet?

That is something I cannot say, I am not in a position to say. All I can do as an individual, who takes responsibility, is to choose what future I want to create for me, and also the common good of the planet.

It is impossible for the ego-mind to accept the fact that it creates its own reality. When the ego finally surrenders to trying to control and manipulate ‘its world’ (all external people, things, events, jobs, money) then it will realise that the physical world and all people and ‘things’ are purely all reflections of our own (and group) consciousness.

How to create your ideal future?

1. Take back or find your inner power to Dream (create and hold a vision) of your ideal/highest potential future. (For your self and Humanity and the planet as a whole.) *This is the most difficult thing for most people to actually do - vision. Many people are unable to hold focused thought for more than 7 seconds and forget that they are responsible for their own thoughts. Do your thoughts control you? Or are you the master of your own thoughts? It is time to be The Master, not the slave. It will take practice for most people to hold a vision and emotionally connect (feel) with that vision.

2.  Write your ultimate future down if that helps, but it is not essential.

3. Let go of what is ‘real’ right now and connect with your own divine Soul’s messages/intuition and feel what is your most ideal future……Be still, be in nature or in silence to connect with your inner guidance……Create your future from Love, not fear.

4. Find a future reality that you can get excited about. It is via gratitude and love and anticipation that we become powerful manifestors. If we try to create a future out of ‘fear’ and ‘manipulation’ and ‘have to’s’ then we lose our power. (Our own Soul is tapping us on the shoulder reminding us to create our ideal future. We do not have to settle for what the ‘external’ world which is an ‘illusion’ is telling us. The external world is the world of ‘effects’ not cause. We are the cause. When we change our own perception and thoughts and vision we change the effects. Stop trying to change the effects (reality which already exists in the five sense realm). Change your consciousness and you change your reality.

5. True power is the ability to feel our own divine essence and love. True Power is the ability to feel emotions and be with our Self. True power is to know ‘ThySelf’.

6. You are powerful beyond your wildest dreams. Each of us creates our own reality – All of it. Yes – that is the toughest aspect of consciousness to understand and accept. We create it all – the good, bad, and the great.

The Indigenous Elders and Leaders (Peoples) on the planet today understand the fact that we create our reality. The ‘Dream Time’ as it is known is exactly that – The Dream that is being lived and created each day by all people. We create it all.

What Dream can we now create as individuals and communities and humanity as a whole for the planet?

We can let go of all the concepts of Karma and create a whole new future. Karma is often used to describe the Law of Cause and Effect. Cause and effect is circular – what goes around comes around. What you do to others you only do to your Self. Karma is only applicable on the lower levels of creation, including the dimensions we currently reside in. We can let go of all ‘karma’ and create a New Vision, a New Future.

All the ‘old scenarios’ of doom and gloom and Armageddon no longer apply. We have been given the opportunity to stand in our true power and create the future we are able to vision. This means that we are being given the opportunity to evolve to the higher realms, whilst in physical form. This means we can become the Dreamers again. We do not have to settle for what is right in front of us. Whether you evolve to your highest potential future will be up to You. Whether I evolve to my highest potential future will be up to me.

We are sleep walking in the physical realm. (This is rather ironic. Because when we sleep we wake up from what we call a ‘dream’. But when we wake up and experience more lucid dream states we realise that the ‘dream’ is actually the physical reality that we are in. A great movie that explores this exact concept is an animated movie called ‘Waking Life’. I am not sure if it is available everywhere but try and hunt it down. It is worth watching. More and more people are having lucid dreaming. When One has a lucid dream they realise that they are creating the dream, can choose what happens in the dream. Do we do this in our waking state?)

The rational mind thinks that it is the only aspect of mind that is real. But it is programmed to think that anything that is not physical is not real. That is the Game – the game of illusion. Humans, on the whole are sleep walking. They have forgotten who they truly are.

Those in powerful, controlling positions are the puppet masters – pulling the strings, creating diversions, distractions, distortions, manipulation to keep the masses held in the illusion.

What is the illusion?

The illusion is what we, as society, have come to believe is ‘real’ or ‘not real’. The belief is that we are physical humans, in a physical universe and ‘things happen’ by random chance. The illusion is Fear. Through fear and separation the puppet masters control humans. When we feel fear (of any kind) we vibrate at a lower level. The highest vibration we can hold/Be and feel is Divine Love.

The masses are held in a low vibration of fear, via media, ‘terrorist acts/threats’, medication, certain foods etc, ‘science’ and all the other ‘tools’ such as education to keep this game going. Have you noticed that our ‘official’ education discouraged us to dream? I was always told off as a child for dreaming. I was also told off for asking questions. The education system is designed to teach only what is ‘official truth’ and ‘what is right or wrong’.

(The official version of history has only ever been written by those in power (only more and more alternative historical truths are being told now due to the introduction of the internet and the ability to share other information that is not officially part of the curriculum in schools, universities etc). We were programmed from very early on that in order to be smart you had to be educated (indoctrinated). In order to ‘be someone’ you had to have had an education. If you ask most entrepreneurs, original thinkers and geniuses they will all agree that ‘official eduction’ and schooling is actually a disadvantage, not an advantage in being able to Dream and create. We are not encouraged to even think for our selves, we must toe the line, and obey the status quo.

So education has been a major tool to keep us from disconnecting us from our own ability to Dream and Vision. We were always told as children to stop dreaming, stop day dreaming, ‘get real’……)

What can we do to take responsibility for Self?

The game of enlightenment (finding your way Home back to a state of Divine Love) is to transcend all fear and the illusion of separation. This is not easy because it means that we need to heal all of those aspects of our ego (lower mind) that feel separate from the whole – the True Self. They are like fragments of consciousness who feel scared, separate or in emotional pain.

To do this we need to move from victim-hood to Master. We need to move from experiencing our reality subjectively to realising that we need to ‘go above’ our Self, look down and be objective. From a place of objectivity we can see beyond ‘right and wrong’, ‘good and bad’, ‘pain and pleasure’.

(Not every person will be at a high enough consciousness level to do this. But this is what we must first attempt to do to heal our own aspects of self that feel anger, resentment, grief, jealousy, pride, envy etc………..They are not whole. We are divine love – all else is an illusion. That is the objective of ‘returning Home’. Divine love is within; Heaven is within, not outside of our Self.)

We are not anger. We are not jealousy. We are not envy. We are not ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. These are emotions/feelings that we experience. We need to feel them, connect with them to release and heal them. By being the Observer in our Life we can start to become aware of self vs Self.

How do we do this? My only suggestion is to follow your intuition and guidance to find the practitioners you are drawn to, to help you with this. We all need help along the way; it is very difficult to do it all (healing) on our own.

*I will clarify though that if a person is not willing to give up their ‘game’ of victim-hood then they will only be drawn to practitioners/teachers who ‘play the game’ and ‘give that person what they want to hear’. (Teachers come in all forms. Every person is a ‘teacher’ for us on our individual journey.)

If, however, a person finally surrenders and truly seeks Truth and agrees to take personal responsibility (for their own reality creation) then they will attract in practitioners who can help them to transform consciousness to higher awareness and give up the game of victim-hood.

Victim or Master? That is the question.

All ‘Dark and pain and controlling people, governments’ are simply aspects of Our Self – we are all One at our highest level of Being.

When we achieve balance in our own consciousness and transcend emotional pain of ‘right and wrong’, ‘good and bad’ we contribute as best we can to the whole game on earth.

The ‘Dark’ will recede as the ‘Light and Love’ exposes the falsehoods and people wake up to the game – the game of fear is an illusion.

Many are being called to take action, make changes in their own lives. What action are you being called to take?

It is time for us to make Soul decisions, not fear based ego decisions. What is it we truly want to do, create and share with the world? Do we act from love or from fear?
